Thank you for shopping at If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines:

General Returns
Unless otherwise stated in this returns policy, this paragraph outlines how you may return products purchased from Products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Customer will be required to arrange and pay for the return shipping. All original parts and manuals or instructions must be shipped back as well. If any part is missing the refund will not be granted. Items no longer stocked by will not be eligible for return or refund.

Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase at the same dollar amount paid for at the time of purchase. Refunds for credit card purchases will only be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase. If credit card transaction is no longer able to process a refund, in-store credit will be issued.

If a package arrives damaged it should not be refused. Damage should be made aware to driver and pictures taken. Contact Customer Service within 72 hours of receipt by placing a Ticket on Pinot Admin or emailing and including pictures. List in the claim the product codes and quantities of damaged items. It will then be determined based on the item, if a replacement or refund will be processed. Damages on purchases older than 30 days are not eligible for refund. Refunds for canvas that are completely unusable (e.g. tears, rips or punctures) will be given on claims submitted within 30 days from original purchase date. If the pictures submitted with claim show that the canvas is still usable, customer will be required to arrange and pay to ship those canvases back to Paint & Sip Supply. Once canvas in question is received by Paint & Sip Supply, a refund will be processed as originally requested in the claim.


If upon receiving a shipment there are damaged paint bottles, please refer to the damages paragraph above. Damage claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving. For unused bottles that are bad upon opening for use please place a Ticket on Pinot Admin or email listing the paint color, product code and Batch Number from the label. The Batch number is a 5-digit number directly below the product code on the label. Attach pictures of the unusable paint to the Ticket or email when submitting the claim. Based on the scenario either a refund, replacement or in-store credit will be issued. Shelf life of paint per manufacturer is up to 2 years. No refunds, replacements, or credits for unopened or opened bottles will be issued after 2 years from production date based on the Batch Number from the bottle.


Furniture may be returned for a full refund if in the original packaging (including all components and manuals) within 30 days of the original purchase date. Special order, manufacturer-direct, custom and pre-assembled furniture is not eligible for return. Customer is required to arrange and pay for the return shipping.

Pinot Audio


If any issues arise with the cabinet itself within 30 days of receipt, a solution will be provided by PASS. No components or hardware are covered unless a warranty is purchased.


Purchase a 1-year warranty which covers replacement of Mixer, Amplifier, Power Conditioners, and Wireless Microphone base and body pack or a 2-year warranty which covers the same items listed above minus the mixer. Only a one-year warranty is available from mixer manufacturer Numark. The warranty DOES NOT cover the handheld microphone, headset microphone, auxiliary wires, batteries, and battery charger.

Special Order Items
Special order items are not returnable. Such as items from a pre-sale, or that were sold used or sold at a discount.
